We serve Raleigh, NC and the surrounding areas — basically from Zebulon to Durham and Cary. That includes Cary, Durham, Wake Forest, Knightdale, Wendell, Garner, Apex, Morrisville, Chapel Hill, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Clayton and nearby. Not sure if you’re in range? What items do you take?
Just about anything — furniture, appliances, junk, yard waste, brush, storm debris, garage and shed clutter, construction and small demolition debris, and full property cleanouts. If you’re not sure, send a photo and we’ll tell you.
What items do you NOT take?
We take almost anything except hazardous materials, chemicals, wet paint, and illegal dumping items. If you’re unsure about something, just ask before your appointment.
Do you offer same-day or next-day pickup?
Yes — we offer same-day and next-day availability whenever our schedule allows. Call or text early in the day for the best shot at same-day service.
Can I send photos for a quote?
Absolutely. Photo estimates are the fastest way to get an upfront price. Text photos to 304-896-4535 or use the quote form and attach pictures of what you need hauled.
Do I need to move everything outside?
No. We do the heavy lifting — wherever the items are, we’ll load them up. Just point us to what’s going.
Do you remove yard waste and brush?
Yes — yard waste, lawn debris, leaves, limbs, overgrown brush and storm debris are some of our most common jobs. We haul it all off and clean up the area.
Do you clean up after loading?
Always. We sweep and tidy the area after we load up — that’s the whole idea behind Property Sweepers. You shouldn’t be able to tell where the pile used to be.
