About Property Sweepers

Property Sweepers is owned and operated by Skyler White, serving Raleigh and the surrounding areas. We started this company to give homeowners and renters a simple, trustworthy way to get junk, yard waste, and debris hauled off — without the runaround or the surprise fees.

We’re newer to the scene, and we treat every job like it’s the one that earns your review. That means showing up when we say we will, giving you a straight price up front, and leaving your space cleaner than we found it.

From a single appliance to a full property cleanout, we’ll handle the heavy lifting. Send a few photos or describe the job and we’ll get you an upfront quote fast.

I grew up in West Virginia and left to get away from the coal mines and find something different. That search brought me through a few cities before Raleigh stuck — and now it's home.

Starting a junk removal and demolition business wasn't random. When I was a kid, I helped my grandfather clean out a house that had been sitting full of trash and debris for years. We also tore down an old abandoned structure on a property he bought. It was hard, heavy work — and I liked it. That stayed with me.

I'm a new father now, and I understand firsthand what a clean, open space means to a family. When you call Property Sweepers, you're calling me. I answer the phone, I show up to the job, and I do the work — no middlemen, no surprises.
