How we price junk removal
Junk removal pricing isn't one-size-fits-all. We look at each job, give you a firm price, and that's what you pay. Here's what goes into it:
Volume
The biggest factor. Pricing is based on how much of our truck your junk fills. A single item costs less than a half-load, which costs less than a full truckload.
Type of Job
Standard junk removal is priced differently from light demolition, which involves labor to tear down a shed or deck before hauling. Both are still quoted upfront.
Location & Access
Most jobs in our service area are priced the same. Jobs requiring extra travel or difficult access may factor slightly into the quote.
Labor Involved
Carrying items from a 3rd-floor apartment is more work than loading from a garage. We take these factors into account and build them into your upfront quote.

What affects your price
We don't publish set prices because junk varies wildly — a couch is a couch, but a hoarder cleanout is a much bigger job. The simplest way to understand pricing is by volume:
A few items — a couch, a mattress, a couple of appliances, or a small pile of debris. Most single-room cleanouts fall here.
Example: old sofa + 3 bags of junk
A partial truck worth of junk — garage cleanout, rental property turnover, or a few rooms worth of furniture and appliances.
Example: garage cleanout or move-out
Full estate cleanouts, hoarder situations, or large commercial jobs. These are priced for the volume and labor involved.

Do you charge by the hour?
No. We charge by volume — how much space your junk takes up in our truck. This way you always know the price before we start, and there are no surprises if the job takes longer than expected.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. The price we quote is the price you pay. No fuel surcharges, disposal fees, or extra charges added after the fact. What we say is what you owe.
Can I get an estimate without a visit?
Absolutely. Text a few photos of your junk to 919-343-9693 and we'll give you a price estimate remotely. Photo estimates are accurate for most standard jobs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and major credit/debit cards. Payment is due after the job is done and you're happy with the result.
